  • in order to prevent misuse or abuse of the service.
  • Account Information: Username, password (encrypted)
  • Payment Information: Credit card or bank account details (encrypted and protected)

2.2 Document Information

When you upload documents for translation, we collect:

  • Document type and name
  • Number of pages
  • Type of translation required (legal/regular)
  • Source and target languages
  • Priority information (normal/urgent)

2.3 Usage Information

We automatically collect information about how you use the Mubeen:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and operating system
  • Web pages you visit
  • Access time and date
  • Device information

2.4 Firebase Analytics Information

To enhance your user experience and improve our services, we utilize Firebase Analytics services provided by Google to collect and analyze usage data.

We collect the following technical information through Firebase:

  • Device ID: A unique identifier for the device used to access the application, which helps us track application usage across different devices
